Be Your Own New Years Resolution
Self-care has been a hot buzzword for a while now. Often, the people who could use this the most are the ones with the most on their plate already. Behavioral health coach Courtney Edwards utilizes the approach of Abraham Maslow and the hierarchy of needs to help people find ways to integrate meaningful and holistic self-care into busy lives.
