Dr. Shellie is a Health Coach, Wellness Educator providing immune-boosting services and programs to older adults for a healthy long life. In this set of classes, Kristina will familiarize participants with some of the foundational poses of a well-rounded yoga practice. Focusing on alignment, breath and centering your attention, this class is great for beginners or those looking for a refresher on basic yoga postures. Yoga is different in every body and this class is all about taking the time to find what works for you. Suggested readings will also be offered for those interested in deepening their understanding of yoga beyond the physical practice.

Help save this year’s Joy Festival! The town of Creepingvale is in trouble. The postman has gone missing and the five guardians of Creepingvale might not get their delicious candygrams if he isn’t found in time. Can our heroes find the postman and ensure the candygrams before this year’s Joy Festival ends?
This event is for adults of all experience levels in DND and Tabletop Games. All players must read and agree to the Library’s Tabletop Code of Conduct before signing up.
For more experienced players, please feel free to create a Level 3 character using the 2014 Dungeons and Dragons 5th Edition Rules
