Suffrage Rally at Gallo Park

Join us as we honor the history and future of   women’s rights at a Suffrage Rally commemorating the 100th anniversary of voting rights for women  in New York State. Come to Gallo Park in Kingston on October 22 dressed in period costume and walk to the Home Port to hear from Kingston Mayor Steve Noble, Ulster County Clerk  Nina Postupack and reenactors portraying Sojourner Truth and suffragist Abby Kelley Foster. This inspiring, celebratory and educational event is free and open to the public.
