In this set of classes, Kristina will familiarize participants with some of the foundational poses of a well-rounded yoga practice. Focusing on alignment, breath and centering your attention, this class is great for beginners or those looking for a refresher on basic yoga postures. Yoga is different in every body and this class is all about taking the time to find what works for you. Suggested readings will also be offered for those interested in deepening their understanding of yoga beyond the physical practice.
