Self-care has been a hot buzzword for a while now. Often, the people who could use this the most are the ones with the most on their plate already. How do we balance the need to take care of our own selves with the demands of everyday life? Behavioral health coach Courtney Edwards utilizes the approach of Abraham Maslow and the hierarchy of needs to help people find ways to integrate meaningful and holistic self-care into busy lives. This approach will teach you how to recognize less helpful patterns and behaviors in foundational health (think: hydration, nutrition, and sleep) and build better habits in order to make progress toward higher goals in relationships, work, and your own continued personal development.
