Join EPLM and Dr. Shellie Fraddin for Zumba that is suitable for all fitness levels! Dr. Shellie is a Health Coach, Wellness Educator providing immune-boosting services and programs to older adults for a healthy long life. She’s been teaching Zumba Fitness classes since 2005 and was once called the “oldest Zumba Instructor in the world”. Dr. Shellie will be 82 on June 14, 2021.
